4 Strongest Master in the Fate Series 2020

While it seemed like the servants in the Fate series did all the dirty work, reality is — the stronger and smarter the master, the higher chance of winning the Holy Grail War. The below characters are evaluated based on their battle skills and wit, magical power, as well as how well they handled their summoned heroic spirit. May the best master win!

#1 Emiya Kiritsugu – Fate/Zero
The cold, emotionless master of Saber, Kiritsugu is noted for his quick strategic wit and shooting skills rather than the traditional magic powers of the war participants. His calm will is what helps him survive battles, even against enemy with the upper hand. Unlike masters like Shinji Matou, who can only call on their servant’s help in times of trouble, Kiritsugu can carry his own fights.

#2 Kirei Kotomine – Fate/Zero
Although like Kiritsugu, Kirei lacks the magic prowess other masters possess, he relies on cunning strategies to win his battle. This antagonist does not only pull strings behind the scene — he has physical fighting abilities to match those of Kiritsugu. He has numerous command seals at his disposal, when most other masters only have three. In the war, he is a formidable ally to have, often manipulating the politics of the game from the dark.

#3 Rin Tohsaka – Fate/Stay Night
Rin is first introduced to the viewer as somewhat of a haughty brat, a tsundere girl who storms around like a spoiled princess. However, like Kiritsugu and Kirei, Rin is confidence in her battle skills and does not solely rely on her servant to fight. Brought up as a successor to the Tohsaka family’s powerful mage craft, she is a rare genius who can manipulate all of the five natural elements. Despite her boundless potential, she is still a child in need of maturing and further training.

#4 Waver Velvet – Fate/Zero
One of the more unlikely candidate to make the list as a strong master, Waver lands a spot because of the strong bond he has cultivated with his rider-class servant. With him by Iskander’s side, the two rides to not only win the war, but to chase after dreams. A loyal master to his servant until the very end, Waver takes every word Iskander says to heart, as shown in the emotional parting of the two after the battle with Gilgamesh.

This series is one of the brightest representatives of the genre Shonen - anime, designed for teenagers. Basically, such series are reminiscent of RPG genre games - when the main character during a large number of series increases his abilities, gets into a variety of adventures and fights against evil, acquiring friends and enemies.

The main line of the series - it's fighting, but also worth noting a good drawing, a wonderful soundtrack and an interesting story. Anime will be liked by those who love long stories and who are interested in watching how the main character develops from series to series, as well as to beautifully staged numerous fights.

Samurai Champloo

  • Anime - Samurai Champlu
  • Samurai Champloo (Samurai Champloo)
  • Production: Japan
  • Genres: Drama, Adventure, Comedy, History, Shonen
  • Director: Watanabe Shinichiro
  • Duration: episode, 26 ep., 23 minutes.

Description:

One day fate brought together three completely different people. Each of them has its own interests, its own goal, its worldview and the concept of life. But still there is something that kept them together. Maybe it's friendship, although it does not look like they were friends, because they are so different ...

Mugen - masterfully owns a samurai sword, he has a sword in his hands a formidable weapon, and at the same time, in battle he uses his individual technique, sometimes more like a dance. He can defeat anyone, but one day he meets Jin - a restrained ronin, who, against the background of the bully Mougins, is too well brought up, unruffled and noble.

Jing is so good at sword that Mugen can not defeat him and understands that he has found a worthy opponent, and maybe that's what unites them. At the same time, fate brings Jin and Mougins with a young girl Foo, who needs help in her quest - a samurai that smells of sunflowers. So begins their journey, full of dangers, adventures, new acquaintances and old encounters, victories and disappointments. They learn a lot of new things about each other, about the world around them, and about themselves. They will learn a lot, will be disappointed in many ways, many will be pleased and upset, and all this together, and it is possible that this is what friendship is, but so far Mougins, Fuu and Jin still do not know and do not understand ... so far they are just looking for a samurai , smelling of sunflowers.

Interesting and somewhat unusual anime. The plot is diverse and very emotional - there is more than laughing or crying, empathizing with heroes, watching the development of their relationship and for their adventures, there was little room for romance and a lot of space for sword fighting and just fights. The soundtrack is for an amateur, but the musical series perfectly fits into the plot, which does not irritate even those who do not like hip-hop. Anime will appeal to fans of adventure, numerous fights and dynamic development of the plot.

#3 Boa Hancock – One Piece

4 SHOUNEN ANIME 3.0

Are you one who crave adventurous anime with good fights? Here is the last installment of our top shounen series, with the classics that you should keep on your must-watch list.

#1 Magi: The Labyrinth of Magic
With a large, well-developed cast and a world of mystery and magic – Magi is one of the newer works in the recent years to join the accolades of Shounen anime. With some genie power and magic, the series follows Aladdin and Alibaba as they fight against dark forces and corrupted rulers. While light-hearted with core shounen elements of fighting and friendship, this series does have its serious and political moments.

#2 Kateyo Hitman Reborn
“No-good Tsuna” is your typical clumsy, plain and average main character. Yet, the infamous blood of the Vongola family — a high profile Italian Mafia clan — runs in this unknowing teenage boy. As the clan head prepares for his own retirement, a mafia tutor named Reborn is sent to prepare and train Tsuna to take over the role. Despite his deceiving baby looks, Reborn proves to be a skilled hitman. In a humorous tale full of fights and action, Reborn trains a lazy and unwilling Tsuna to turn his life around.

#3 Sword Art Online
Sword Art Online is set in an MMO world. Main character Kirito purchases a promising virtual reality online game only to find that he and another 10,000 players are unable to log out. While trapped in the game, the game master announces that they must beat a 100-floored tower in order to regain their freedom. There is one catch – if you were killed in the game, you would also die in reality. Despite pacing and plot issues in the latter half of the series, the psychological intensity and the fluid animation of the fight scenes makes this series a must-watch.

#4 Fate/Zero
With an amazing soundtrack and a director who is famous for his dark writing and interpretation, Fate/Zero is the clear winner of the popular Fate series. Seven magic-users are chosen to participate in the chaotic 4th Holy Grail War, with each summoning their own fighting servant as support. Protagonist Kiritsugu Emiya and his servant fight to save the world with their own ideals. Unlike a lot of the more mindless series in the shounen genre, the fight scenes in this anime are lined with realism, intuition and strategic combats.

  • Director: Teramoto Yukiyo

  • Duration: full-length film, 50 min.

He is jealous of her, protects and desires as a woman. He understands that it is impossible, that his love is forbidden, but he can not help it. Moreover, soon he learns that Yukki also has far from sisterly feelings for him, and the same likes him and sees in him a man, but not a brother.

What should they do now? How to hide your feelings? And are they allowed to have passion for each other because they are brother and sister? Only a few will be able to understand their feelings, maybe only best friends, but society will never accept such feelings. How will Yori and Yukki do, will they stay together or try to forget about their forbidden love for each other?

Very emotional and somewhat unusual in the plot of anime, with a good drawing and soundtrack.
Based on the anime in 2007, the same-length feature film with Matsumoto Jun and Eikura Nana in the title role was shot. The actors perfectly coped with their roles - remarkably and very emotionally conveyed the forbidden feelings of the brother and sister to each other.

Immediately, Dante's goal is to protect the heiress of a large fortune, which in every way criticizes Dante's life and does not help him successfully cope with his mission. The main secret of Setsuna is that he loves his sister very sincerely and this love is not at all what the brother feels for his sister, but the real and passionate love of a man for a woman. In addition to the love line, the plot is also interesting by the confrontation of angels and demons, their struggle, battles and intrigues.

Manga is a well-known author, who mainly writes in the genre of Shojie and places great emphasis on romance. "Shelter of Angels" is her most famous work. For this manga in 2000 was shot three-part anime, quite interesting and colorful, but, unfortunately, did not convey the full story.

Manga will surely appeal to those who love romance, complicated relationships, fantasy and intrigue and who is not at all against reading about incest, because here it is one of the main storylines.

TOP FIVE MOST OVERRATED ANIME

With zealous fans ready to put their favorite anime on a pedestal, many series are dangerously subjected to the fallacy of being overrated. While all shows have their strength and weaknesses, the list below points out some less-than-perfect series that have generated godlike hype by their keen devotees.

#1 Code Geass
Often compared to many anime masterpieces, Code Geass is an ambitious anime that tries to combine the strategic plot with the exciting mecha fight scenes. Yet this anime series falls short of all its predecessors like Death Note and Gundam, and instead is often presented as a dish of pretentious nonsense. The strategies are never explained – the main character is presented as a smart character only because those around him say so. The story is pestered with contradictions and incidents that only happened for plot convenience.

#2 Sword Art Online

While not being a bad anime, SAO has evident flaws that drag it down from its full potential. Started off with a strong arc with memorable fight scenes and well fleshed out character development, the series takes a deep plunge with its second Fairy Dance Arc. Suddenly the strong female lead is reduced to a damsel in distress, making one of the most powerful character into a changed person of weak personality – all for the plot’s sake.

#3 Bleach

Despite being a long running series with well-loved, iconic characters, it is time for Bleach to end after going downhill from its first three successful seasons. The series is known for its dragged out plot with many pointless filler arcs that carried little to no story relevance. Despite its past success, story must remain new and unpredictable to be sustainably entertaining, and stray from boring repetition and obvious plot holes.

#4 Naruto

Although this is a diehard favorite of ninja fans, Naruto is characterized by filler arcs and a predictable storyline. Does it really deserve all of its hype and praises? It really is debatable. While the anime itself has some memorable scenes, the plot is ultimately linear with flat characters that fall neatly into common stereotypes. At times entertaining, the main story of Naurto remains consistently dull and drawn out throughout.

#5 Fairytail

While starting out strong and entertaining, like the comparable series One Piece – Fairytail is a tale that stinks of stale, overused theme of “friendship”. Despite it being a teenage fantasy story that was never meant to be realistic in the first place, it does infuriate when main characters are seen to rise from near death battles in the name of “friendship” for the hundredth time.
